    SD Mines High School Football Coaches Clinic set for Friday

    RAPID CITY --- The South Dakota School of Mines football coaching staff along with Rapid City high school football head coaches will hold the SD Mines High School Coaches Clinic April 13 in the Christensen Hall of Fame Room on the campus of South Dakota Mines. Cost of the clinic is $10 per coach and registration will be the day of the event.

    “The Hardrockers have teamed with the Rapid City high school head coaches to inform coaches at all level things we’ve learned along the way,” said Hardrocker football head coach Stacy Collins. “This clinic will give them some insight and fundamentals about being a coach.”

    The clinic starts at 10:30 a.m. and will run throughout the day and conclude with a Hardrocker football scrimmage at 6 p.m. at O’Harra Stadium.

    Speakers for the clinic include: Hardrocker head coach Stacy Collins, Hardrocker defensive coordinator Jarod Dodson, Hardrocker offensive coordinator Zach Tinker, Hardrocker linebacker coach Lonnie Messick, Hardrocker defensive line coach Gino Polastri, Hardrocker offensive line coach Ken Ackerman, Hardrocker wide receiver coach Gary Hyman, St. Thomas More football head coach Wayne Sullivan, Rapid City Central football head coach Trent Pikula, Rapid City Stevens football head coach Paul Ferdinand.
