Season Preview

Coach Hall gave SDSB the following season preview information:

What is your team outlook for 2011-2012?

We return everyone and the girls have worked hard getting ready for the season. Our summer was busy playing some real good competition. The girls are excited for the season and are focused on steady improvement. Our experience that returns will be a big asset to our team success.

Which of your players do you expect to have the most "impact" this year?  

With all our starters returning, we should have pretty good balance. Srs that return: Britain Burditt and Taylor Sands. Jrs: Bethany Crosswait, Miranda Meeker, Kaitlin Spargur and Whitney Senden.

Which teams will be your toughest competition?

Haven’t really seen a lot of “A” teams, but St. Thomas More, coming off their 3rd place finish at state will be the team to beat. Belle has plenty of returners and experience they bring back.

Which new players do you anticipate on your 2011-2012 roster?

They were on the roster last year, but we expect some contributions from Jr. Taylor Engesser,  Soph’s Kaitlyn Hinch and Erin Griffith.
